Simon Jones says "I don't like cricket!"

Does England Cricketer Simon Jones really hate the game that's making him famous?

Well probably not. Simon Philip Jones who was born in Morriston, Swansea, Glamorgan, Wales, probably loves cricket. At least I sincerely hope so! He's a fast bowler, and a pretty damn good one at that, or so I'm told. See the thing is I don't know anything about Cricket. The only thing I know is that I share my name, Simon Jones, with the cricketer.

The funny thing is that I was almost called Philip Jones before my Mom and Dad had that common last minute baby name change idea. They made me a Simon and so you would expect them to have then put my proposed name of Philip into the middle name slot, meaning I too would have been Simon Philip Jones. However they didn't do that. Instead I became Simon James Jones, James being my Granddads name (on my Dads side).

But hey, this isn't some boring page devoted to telling you that I am not Simon Philip Jones the famous cricketer, so sir! This is just a cheap trick I'm employing to steal some internet traffic away from the fast bowler and redirect it to sites I have created.

Okay, I know, it was a low shot, but hey, tough times call for tough measures and by my reckoning if this Simon Jones cricketer bloke becomes as good as some people are saying, then no one will ever be able to find my website's because they'll always be running into sites about him!
